Africa ↔ Global | Strategic Partnerships • Market Expansion • Ecosystem Development

I build the ecosystems around opportunities, not just the introductions between people.

I work across relationships, markets, projects, capital, specialist expertise and strategic partnerships — helping people understand context, identify alignment and engage more meaningfully across African and global markets.

Human relationships. Strategic intelligence. Local context. Global connectivity.

About Adrienne

I build ecosystems around opportunities — not simply introductions between people.

Relationships have been the thread running through my career.

For more than a decade, I have worked across industries, organisations and markets, building relationships between people and opportunities that may otherwise never have found one another.

My experience has taught me that meaningful business rarely happens through an introduction alone. It requires trust, context, shared purpose, the right expertise and a clear reason for people to work together.

I do not seek to be the specialist in every discipline. My strength is understanding the wider ecosystem and helping bring the appropriate relationships and capabilities into the conversation.

What ecosystem building means

An opportunity rarely needs one discipline. It needs an ecosystem.

A meaningful opportunity usually draws on several disciplines and stakeholder groups at once. Understanding which of them matter — and in what order — is often the difference between a conversation that progresses and one that stalls.

I do not personally provide these professional services. My role is to understand the wider environment, recognise what may be required, and help bring relevant people and expertise into the conversation. Specialist work is carried out by appropriately qualified and, where required, authorised professionals.

What I do

Six capability areas, all built on relationships rather than transactions.

Strategic Partnerships

Building relationships between organisations where there is genuine strategic alignment, shared purpose and a clear reason to work together.

Africa Market Entry & Expansion

Helping international organisations understand market context, identify relevant relationships and build a considered presence across African markets.

Ecosystem Development

Assembling the people, partnerships and specialist capabilities that surround an opportunity, so conversations can progress with credibility.

Opportunity Origination

Identifying and framing opportunities across markets and sectors, and understanding who they may genuinely be relevant to.

Strategic Representation

Representing organisations in markets, conversations and relationships as a long-term relationship rather than a transactional appointment.

Capital & Project Ecosystems

Supporting engagement between project owners and capital relationships where there is a credible basis for a conversation, with specialist work left to qualified professionals.

Africa ↔ Global

Working at the intersection of African opportunity and international relationships.

Local context on one side. International connectivity on the other. Between them sit the trusted relationships, strategic partnerships and cross-border understanding that allow an opportunity to be understood properly by the people it is genuinely relevant to.

Who I work with

Four ways organisations enter the ecosystem.

01

International organisations

Businesses and organisations exploring African market entry, expansion, representation, partnerships or ecosystem development.

02

Capital & investment ecosystem

Capital partners and organisations exploring relevant African markets or opportunities.

03

African opportunities

Project owners, businesses and sponsors seeking strategic relationships, ecosystem development, specialist capability or appropriate capital relationships.

04

Ecosystem partners

Legal, banking, financial, tax, technical, engineering, regulatory, ESG, accounting, government and industry specialists and organisations.

Mandate and opportunity pathways are optional secondary routes. Most relationships begin with a conversation rather than a form.

The ecosystem model

Alignment sits at the centre. Capability sits around it.

An opportunity rarely moves on commercial logic alone. It moves when markets, stakeholders, evidence, local and international partners and the right specialist capabilities are brought into the same conversation.

Specialist legal, financial, tax, regulatory, technical, engineering, ESG, accounting, valuation and banking services are undertaken by the relevant appropriately qualified and, where required, authorised professionals — not by Adrienne personally.

Every strong relationship begins with a well-understood starting point.
